This is the date by which TransLink has undertaken to respond to the Commissioner’s request for a statement of whether and how TransLink has responded to a number of critical comments about TransLink’s costs that were made in the Report of the Comptroller General in 2009.

This is the statutory deadline for the Commission to decide on TransLink’s application of December 28, 2011 for approval to increase fares in 2013.

March 31, 2012

TransLink’s 2011 Statutory Annual Report to the Commission is due, reporting on TransLink’s performance-to-plan in 2011.

April 30, 2012

This is the due date for the Commission’s own Annual Report for 2011, including the Commissioner’s opinion on whether TransLink operated according to its approved plans in 2011.
