Rulings and Approvals

• YVR Add Fare (2). Order 09-02, dated December 23 2009, approves a $5.00 one-way eastbound only Add Fare on cash/credit card fares payable at the three Canada Line stations on Sea Island, home to Vancouver International Airport and the Burkeville neighbourhood.
• Albion Ferry. With the opening of the Golden Ears Bridge, Memorandum 2, dated June 26 2009, notifies TransLink that the Commissioner has no objection to the sale of Albion Ferry assets.
• YVR Add Fare (1). Order 09-01, dated April 30 2009, determines that an Airport Special Zone Fare on the Canada Line, to open later in 2009, does not require Commission approval. Notwithstanding this determination, TransLink applied for approval -- see above entry on YVR Add Fare (2))
• Customer Satisfaction. Order 08-01, dated December 15 2008, approves TransLink’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Process. Here is an Executive Summary.
• Customer Complaints. Order 08-02 under section 225 of the SCBCTA Act, dated December 19 2008 conditionally approves TransLink’s Customer Complaints Process. Here is an Executive Summary.
